Jimmy John’s of Sturgeon Bay hosted a Sandwich Fundraiser to benefit Neighbor to Neighbor on September 25, 2024. $385.00 was raised for Neighbor to Neighbor. We thank Jimmy John’s and Taylor Giesseman, Jimmy John’s franchise owner, for their support. And we thank all from the community who supported this fundraiser and our organization by purchasing sandwiches on this date. Neighbor to Neighbor celebrated their organization’s achievements at their annual meeting in July, including presenting Nancy Gamble with the “Volunteer Star Award” for her volunteer service with both the Sturgeon Bay medical equipment loan program and the peer companionship/respite care program. Econo Foods Receipts: Just a reminder to save your Econo Foods receipts. Bring them to the Neighbor to Neighbor office at your convenience. A volunteer will add them up and turn them in to Econo Foods. Econo Foods will donate 1% of the total to Neighbor to Neighbor.
Green Door Thrift Donation Program: Neighbor to Neighbor participates in the Green Door Thrift donation program. When you bring in items to Green Door Thrift, just designate Neighbor to Neighbor as your charity choice. When the items you bring in are sold, Neighbor to Neighbor will receive a percentage of the purchase price. Thank you to Green Door Thrift for their continued support.
Thrivent Choice Dollars: Are you a Thrivent Financial member? Once a member becomes eligible for the Thrivent Choice program, they can designate their Choice dollars to an enrolled charity.
